STORMWATER: Sec.43.24(4)(g)
REQUIREMENTS:LANDSCAPE: Remove and replace 8 declining trees
within the interior landscape islands, also 3 declining trees_ in
the north landscape buffer.Remove declining tree at the
northeast corner next to the healthy tree.
STORMWATER: Remove sediment buildup at drainage flumes and inlet
pipes.
COMPLIANCE DATE: 08/04/1995
RECOMMENDATIONS:Request an on site meeting for a detailed
explanation of the requirements.
To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be
conducted after the above compliance date. Failure to correct
the requirements by the compliance date will result in the
issuance of a "NOTICE OF VIOLATION".

FAILED
DEFICIENCIES: Requires replacement of the two declining trees and
two missing trees in the north landscape buffer and the one
declining tree in the east buffer.
CODES VIOLATED: Sec.136.023(c)(1)(2),(h)(1)(4)
COMPLIANCE DATE: 01/16/93
RECOMMENDATIONS: Proper care should be taken on the other trees to
prevent further decline, if trees continue to decline replacements
may be required.

conducted after the compliance date. Failure to correct the

INSPECTION DATE: 10/17/1995
RECOMMENDATIONS: Typical irrigation systems cycled at twice
a week do not supply enough water for newly planted landscape
material. At this time Southwest Florida Water Management -
District (SWFWMD) allows watering of new landscape material on a
daily basis for 30 days. To obtain current watering
restrictions, call SWFWMD at 1- 800 - 848 -0499.
Inspect drainage system periodically for clogged drains, sediment
buildup, erosion and overgrowth; then maintain as needed to
insure future compliance.
