FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
ECKERD DRUGS OF FLORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 10 foot drainage and utility easement lying 5.0 feet
either side of the following described line:
Commence at the most Southerly corner of Lot 13, Block
2, Ackers Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 30, page
91 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
go N 57009'26" W, along the Southerly line of said Lot 13,
65.86 feet, for the P. O. B.; thence go N 45027'34" E, 78.39
feet, along the Northeasterly extension of the centerline of
Daniel Street, to a point of the West right-of-way line of
McMullen-Booth Road, said point being the Point of Ending.
ALSO a 10 foot drainage and utility easement adjacent to the
Southwesterly lot lines of Lots 9 and 15, Block 2, Ackcrs
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 91 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEAR W A TER,FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon'the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter
such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
