RECOMMENDATIONS: Typical irrigation systems cycled at twice
a week do not supply enough water for newly planted landscape
material. At this time Southwest Florida Water Management
District (SWFWMD) allows watering of new landscape material on a
daily basis for 30 days. To obtain current watering
restrictions, call SWFWMD at 1- 800 - 848 -0499.
Inspect drainage system periodically for clogged drains, sediment
buildup, erosion and overgrowth; then maintain as needed to
insure future compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:LANDSCAPE: Although some of the interior landscape
islands were paved over, sufficient planting areas exist for the
trees lost due to this paving. Require 10 trees (6' ht) and the
replacement of -all the dead shrubs in the remaining interior
islands. Recommend trees to be planted adjacent to building "A"
due to the lack of irrigation on site.
STORMWATER: Remove sediment build -up in both inlet pipes and
pond bottom in the retention pond along Highland Ave; then resod
disturbed area.
COMPLIANCE DATE: 12/27/1994
RECOMMENDATIONS:Due to the continual wet condition adjacent to
Bldg. "A" we recommend Cypress trees or other suitable trees be
used. Request an on site meeting for a detailed explanation.of
the requirements.
To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be
conducted after the above compliance date. Failure to correct
the requirements,by the compliance date will result in the
issuance of a "NOTICE OF VIOLATION ".
