AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA„
VACATING THE 10-FOOT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LYING 6 �
FEET ON EACH SIDE OF A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 182 FEET
EASTERLY OF THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF
BLOCS 3, TOWN OF BAY VIEW SUBDIVISION, ALSO KNOWN AS
MCMULLEN'S BAYVIEW SUBDIVISION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, R. Roy Meador, Truatee of rPal ;property located in the City of '0 n
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the sanitary sewer easement _�
described herein: and
WHEREAS,. the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
municipal Use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the 0"
general Public that the same be vacated: now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

The 10-foot sanitary sewer easement lying 5 feet on each side of a
PTA line paral?el to and 182 feet Easterly of the Northerly extension of
Pic the Guest lire of Block 3, Town of Bay View Subdivision, also known
— as Mc l Allen`s E3ayvJew Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book H6, page
INT TOTAL, 2.�, of t�,!� Pubic Records o. Hillsborough County, Florida, of which
Pinellas County was once a part,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Cierk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pig?ellas County Florida. following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
