aWHEREAS, the City Comais-lion finds that said easement is not necssaly, for
TOTAL �� municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
geleral public that the same be vacated: nowt therefore,
E T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The Brett 5 feet of a ID-foot drainage and utility easement lying
along -the East side of Cot 99, less the southerly 5.0 feet, Floodgate
of Countryside - Unit Two as recorded in plat Book 71, page 75, of
the public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims s
and
releases all of its right title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
recolRds d.f Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
