BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 17111E CI Ty OF
CLEARWATER, 'FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges sot forth as Appendix
A to the rode of Ordinances is amended to read

b. Charge for additional curbside recycling bins or replacement
of bins lost or damaged due to negligence shall be: Cost plus
$1.00 handling charge per bin (one-tire charge per delivery)
C. Charge for a curbside recycling bin toter shall be: Cost plus
$1:.00 handling charge.
d. Special collection of recycl abl es where City services a bin at
the residence or carries bin to curb, without physician's
certification of medical r,ressity, shall be: Twice the
curbside recycling charge.

city limits shall have a ten percent surcharge assessed over
