STORMWATER: Remove the sediment buildup from the catch basin,

it. The weir elevation should also be verified to determine that
the required elevation of 67.20' still exists. The retention
pond system appears to be shared by three different property
owners, arrangements should be made to share the responsibility
for the repairs to the system. This notice has been sent to the
other owners. I

explanation of the requirements.
To insure compliance, a reinspection of the site will be
conducted after the above compliance date. Failure to correct
the requirements by the compliance date will result in the
