This courtesy letter is to serve as notification that you or your organization owns property which is included in this program. The Public Works Administration, Urban Forestry Division will be conducting site inspections to determine compliance with city's Land Development Code, Sections 42.27and /or 42.33. If the initial inspection finds the site in compliance, no further action will be taken. However, if the site is found. to be in non - compliance, you will be given an opportunity to bring the site into compliance. Failure to do' so will result in a notice of violation being issued to the present owner or owners. The violation will explain the code(s) violated, nature of the violations and required correction date.
