Attached is a copy of the preliminary site plan of the above
described project for preliminary site plan approval.
A copy of the preliminary plan is being sent to you as per your
request prior to the City Commission meeting September ,3, 1987.
If you have any comments which you wish to have brought up at the
City Commission meeting, please contact Sandy Glatthorn prior to
August 28, 1987.
Please note, this is a preliminary site plan submitted in.
compliance with Section 137.010 of the Land Development Code, and__
as such will not be scheduled for review by the DRC at the
present time. Providing a final site plan is authorized by the
City Commission to be reviewed by DRC, it will be submitted atIa
later date and be reviewed at that time by the DRC.
NOTE: This proposal will require submittal of a subdivision plat
(to be scheduled for review by D.R.C. in concert with the final
site plan).
