DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made this 1st day of July, A.D. 1957,
between M.E. SEVER, a single man, as party of the first part,
and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, of the State of Florida, as the
second party.
WITNESSETH: that the first party, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the
second party, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement
and right of way for the purpose of drainage in, upon and through
the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast
~uarter (NEi> of Section 24, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East for Point of Beginning of a drainage
easement, thence South 320 20' 23" East 138.98
feet, thence South 00 19' 16" West 150 feet, thence
South 320 58' 55" West 138.98 feet, thence South
O~ 19' 16" West 750 feet, thence South 890 40'
44" East 40 feet, thence North 00 19' 16" East
738.28 feet, thence North 320 58' 55" East 138.98
feet, thence North 00 19' 16" East 173.44 feet,
thence North 320 20' 23" West 127.26 feet, thence
North 890 40' 44" West 40 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

Said easement is to be used in such a manner as not
prevent the construction and use of a street on the above land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party, its
successors and assigns, together with immunity unto the second
party, its Elll()cessors or assigns, f"rom all claims for damage, if
any, arising from or growing out of such construction and/or
maintainence to the lands, if any, owned by the first party,
lying adjacent or contiguous to the lands hereinabove described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the first party has hereunto set .is
hand and seal this 1st day of July, A.D. 1957.
