FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,and
the benefits to be derived therefrom, BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION OF
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, apermanent
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

PERMANENT EASEMENT
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW -1/4 of the NE-l/4,
Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, thence northerly
along the North-South 1/2 section line, 50,00 feet to a point
in the southerly line of the Plumb Elementary School property;
thence N 89009'04" W, along said southerly line, 121. 77 feet
to a point, said point being the principal place of beginning;
thence continuing N 89009 '04" W, along said southerly line,
157. 35 feet to a point; thence N 85024112" E, 158. 06 feet
to a point, said point being 15,00 feet northerly by rectangular
measurement from the principal place of beginning; thence
N 88027124" E, 237,00 feet to a point in the westerly right of
way line of Hercules Avenue; thence southerly along said
westerly risht of way line, 15 feet more or less to a point;
thence S 88 27 '24" W, 237, 00 feet to the prinsipa1 place of
beginning; the easement thus described lyin15 and being situate
in the tract of land described as follows:
Begin at the SW corner of the NW-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section
24, Township 29 South, Range 15 East for a point of beginning;
run thence N 89009104" W along the 40 acre line, 1325.39 feet;
thence N 0003'18" E along the 40 acre line 427, 94 feet; thence
S 89018'54" E 1309,76 feet; thence alonB the arc of a curve to
the left 67,86 feet; whose chord is S 14 45 Ill" E, 67,82 feet;
and whose radius is 588, 38 feet; to a point on the North-South
half section line; thence continue along the arc of the same
curve to the left 117,73 feet; whose chord is S 23047'22" E,
117, 53 feet and whos e radius is 588, 38 feet, to a point of
reverse curve to the right, whose arc is 271. 77 feet, and whose
chord is S 14006136" E, 268, 78 feet, and whose radius is
528, 38 feet; thence N 89003'44" W, along the 40 acre line,
115,0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 13,6 acres
more or less,
This easement being for installation and maintenance of
sanitary sewer lines.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any sanitary sewer lines and to inspect and alter such
lines from time to time,
