AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE WEST 2,5 FEET OF THE EkST FIVE FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LYING IN LOT 7, BLOCK 59, MANDALAY SUBDIVISION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Timothy A. Tehan and Ruth E. Tehan, owners of real property
located in thy? City of Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the uti l ity
easement described herein! and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary,for
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and' the
general public that the same be vacated; now, therefore,
E IT ORDAINED 'BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY °DF
CLEA€WA T ERA, FLORIDA:
Sectioir 1. The following:
The West 2.5 feet of the East five foot utility Easement lying in Lot 7,
Block 59, Mandalay Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Hook 14, pages 5245,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and, released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Sect ion 2. The City Clerk shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following adoption.
