FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefor, IMPERIAL HOMES CORPORATION, as Owner and
Lessor, joined by IMPERIAL LAND CORPORATION, as Lessee, in that certain
Lease recorded in O. R. Book 3301, page 165 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, both Corporation being under the laws of the State
of Florida, Party of the First Part, does, hereby grant and convey to the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, Party of the
Second Part, an easement over, under and across the following described
larid, lying and being situate in the County of Pin ell as , State of Florida, to wit:
From the NW corner of Lot 98, Imperial Park Unit 2 (Plat
Book 60, page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida),
run S 89040145" E along the North line of said Lot 98, a
distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence run N 00019'15" E,
a distance of 330. 69 feet to a point; thence run S 890 03144" E
along the southerly right of way line of Lakeview Avenue,
a distance of 350. 00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue S 89003144" E, a distance of 10. 00 feet to a point;
thence run S 00056116" W, a distance of 356. 63 feet to
the North line of Imperial Park Unit 5 (Plat Book 63, page 6,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida); thence run
N 88042156" W along the said North line, a distance of 10.00
feet to a point; thence run N 00056'16" E, a distance of
356.57 feet to the P. O. B.
This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any drainage line and to inspect and alter such drainage
line from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part has caused
these presents to be duly executed by their proper officers thereunto authorized
