does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
A 10 foot Sanitary Sewer Easement lying five (5) feet
each side of following described line:

Start at the Northeast corner of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 15 East and run
South along section line 345 feet; thence run West
50 feet to West right of way line of Belcher Road for a
point of beginning; thence continue West over an 8"
sanitary sewer 333 feet M.O.L. to a sanitary manhole;
thence run Northwesterly 135 feet over an 8" Sanitary
Sewer to a sanitary manhole; thence run East 35 feet
M.O.L. over sanitary sewer to property line and point
of ending:
This mhall be a temporary sanitary easement to be
vacated when another sanitary easement is dedicated
with sanitary sewer constructed and accepted by the
City of Clearwater. No structures will be constructed
over this easement until it is vacated.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and
maintenance 0
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and
alter such sanitary sewer line from time to timeo
