in pand paid tothem , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
A fifteen (15') ft. Sanitary Sewer Easement lying 7. 5 feet
each side of following described line.
Start at Southeast corner of Section 24, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East and run North along East line of said
Section 24, a distance of 1096. 5 feet; Thence run West
50 fe~t to West line of Belcher Road and Point of Beginning;
Thence run N 87007'11'1 West 357.5 feet; Thence run
N 00 01' 411' West 35.0 feet to the Point of Ending.
