Five (5) Foot Drainage Utility Easement:
The South 5 feet of Lot 22, First Addition to Highland Lake
Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 30, Page 2, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
This easement being for drainage and utilities installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARHATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspect and alter such
utility l~nes from time to time.
