LICENSE
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between
WILLIAM H. BASORE, joined by his wife, JEANNE K. BASORE,
foremerly known as Jeanne K. Yearout, a single woman,
hereinafter referred to as "First Parties" and the City of
Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "Second Party";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the First Parties are presently recelvlng water
service from a water line presently installed on the property
described as:
The West -Five feet (5 ') of Lot Twenty-Six (26),
LAKEVIEW VISTA as the same appears of record in
Plat Book 34 at Page 62 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the Second Party has purchased said water line, and
desires to continue maintenance and repair of said water line,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and
conditions contained herein, First Party does hereby consent and
grant to the Second Party the right to enter upon the above
described premises for the purposes of maintaining, repairing,
inspecting or replacing the aforesaid water line; second party
agrees to restore the above property as nearly as possible to
its former condition should any waste be performed by second
party on the property in carrying out any replacement or repairs
on said property.
IN WITNESS WH~OF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals this ~ay of June, A.D. 1969.
