FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash.' in hand paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
CHARLES M. LUBECKI and VIRGINIA G. LUBECKI, his Wife
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,

Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 38 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for utilities and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall nave the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect
and alter such utility and drainage lines from time to time.
Upon completion of such installation, the City shall replace all
sod and landscaping to its former state.
