hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
THE FUSCO CORPORATION, a Connecticut corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER
FLORI~A, an easeme~t over, under and across the followi~g
descr1bed land, IY1ng and being situate in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
A ten (10') foot water main easement lying (5') feet
on each side of existing water mains up to and including
all hydrants and meters, except where such mains. and
related water facilities may lie under structures. The
owner ~eserves the right to move existing ljnes at
owners expense, should construction be contemplated
over areas where lines are presently located.
An ingr:ss and eg~ess easement for refuse and garbage
col~ect10ns and C1ty of Clearwater service and utility
veh1cles over the regularly constituted roads and-
pathways designated for such purposes.

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the
right to enter upon the above described premises and to
construct, install and maintain thereon any water line
and to inspect and alter such water line from time to
time.
