NATHANIEL AND VERA MARIE GOLDEN (2) 1: -'- I' AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF EASEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 18J.{ day of December, A. D. 1981, by and between NATHANIEL GOLDEN and VERA MARIE GOLDEN, his wife,. hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser; WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereto contained and other valuable considerations passing between the~parties hereto, the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following described easement situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit: Begin at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29 South, Range 15 East and run thence N 89011'22" Walong the East and West centerline of said Section 22, 685.64 feet; thence S 0021'17" E, along the West right-of-way line of South Madison Avenue, 750.28 feet to the South right-of-way line of Harris Lane for a P. O. B. ; thence continue S 0021' 17" E along the West right-of-way line of South Madison Avenue 13.00 feet; thence N 81050'39'1 W, 101.09 feet to a point on the South right- of-way line of Harris Lane; thence S 89013' 52" E, along said South right-of-way line of Harris Lane, 100.00 feet to the P. O. B. This easement being for right-of-way purposes and the City of Clearwater shall have the right to enter upon said property and to construct, install and maintain thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such right-of-way from time to time. The total purchase price of said property shall be the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00), payable in full upon closing, which shall be on or before ninety (90) days from date hereof at the office of the City Attorney, Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida. IN CONSIDERA TION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to execute an Easement to said Purchaser, free and clear of all encumbrances of record. It is understood that Clearwater Federal Savings and Loan Association holds a mortgage on property which includes the easement described herein and Seller will give to Purchaser a properly executed Subordination of Encumbrance to Property Rights to City of Clearwater, Florida for recording in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, with the easement hereby purchased.
