That for and in consideration of the premises, and the sum
fo ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the Grantor
herein does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee,
its successors, and assigns, an easement for utility right-of-way
purposes, incidental purposes, for the furnishing of telegraph or
electrical lines, on the land, over, along and across the following
described real property, situate, lying and being in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:
Seven and one-half (7 1/2) feet on either side of existing
Florida Power poles and lines as currently exists in
land known as Tioga Avenue, or right-of-way therefore.
Said easement is intended to remain in effect following
vacation of said street and right-of-way by the City of
Clearwater.
fro HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same in perpetuity together with all
necessary rights and privileges incidental to the use and enjoyment
of such easement and the installation, maintenance and protection
of installations made thereon.
Grantor reserves the right to relocate such easement elsewhere
on Grantors immediately adjoining property, provided, however, ex-
penses related to the relocation of such utilities shall be born
by Grantor. No such relocation shall be undertaken as shall frus-
trate the easement purposes as outlined herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set their h~~ds
and seals the day and year first hereinabove set forth.
