municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
A 10 foot wide water easement, lying 5 feet on either side
of existing water mains, up to and including fire hydrants
and water meters, less any portion thereof lying under an
existing building, lying within the following described tract:
The East 1/2 of Lot 5, Hanousek's Subdivisionl as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, LESS the West 80 feet of the North 241 feet.

This easement being for water line installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any water lines and to inspect and alter sueh water lines
from time to time.
