AUTHORIZATION FOR ENTRY
WHEREAS, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA , a Florida
municipal corporation (herein, "Owner"), is the record owner of
the following described real property located in Pinellas County,
Florida,
A. H. DUNCAN'S RESOD, Lot 7 LESS the West 157 feet, and
the North 33 feet of Lot 10, as recorded in Plat Book
5, Page 26 Public Records of Pinella. County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner does hereby grant to Sprint Com, a
Florida corporation (herein "Entrant"), its agents, contractors
and representatives, right of entry upon the aforesaid property
for the purposes of performing a structural inspection of the
SOUTH GREENWOOD WATER TANK, located at 27056'40" North Latitude,
and 82047'25" West Longitude, and to conduct soil tests, perform
radio coverage tests, and, with the advisement and consent of
Owner, make such other investigations as necessary to determine if
the location, premises and existing water tank structure are
suitable for construction and operation of a communications
antennae installation.
Entrant shall assume all risks of such entry and agrees to
defend, indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from and against any
claims, costs and expenses resulting from the rights granted
herein, and for any injury to or death of any person(s) arising
from the acts or omissions of the Entrant, its employees,
contractors, or its agents in exercising this authorization for
entry.
All rights and authority as herein granted to the Entrant by
the Owner shall expire and fully terminate ninety (90) days
following date of execution. No other rights and authority are
granted by the Owner to the Entrant regarding entry onto the
property described herein except as aforesaid.
A facsimile reproduction of this document shall be considered
equally as an original.
