GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this..3 /41- day of August, A. D.
1955, by D. A. SALLS and PEARL J. SALLS, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as Grantors to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal
corporation exist~ng under the laws of the State of Florida,
hereinafter referred to as Grantee,
WITNESSETH: "''''''rhat for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations in hand
paid to the grantors by the grantee, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the said grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey to the grantee a ten (10) foot easement for the purpose
of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing drainage,
water, sewer and other pipes through the following described
property, the center line of the aforesaid ten (10) foot easement

point; thence Northeasterly in a straight line
to a point in Lakeview Avenue lying 1142.0 feet
South 89 deg. 09' 01" east of the Southwest corner
of the Northeast Quarter (NE~\ of the Northeast
Quarter (NE~) of Section 22, 10wnship 29 South,
Range 15 East; thence North 0 deg. 02' 37" West
664.0 feet to a point, said point being 186.66 feet
west of the southeast corner of the North Half (N~)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of the Northeast
Quarter (NEt) of Section 22, Township 29 South,
Range 15 Eastl and on the south boundary of said
North Half (N2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~)

together with the right of ingress .and egress to and over said
above described premises at any and all times, for the purposes
of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and removing the
above mentioned drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, and for
doing anything necessary or useful for the enjoyment of the
easement herein granted.
