GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made this
Z~~day of July,
1958, by and between SANFO P~1K HOMES, a Florida cor-
poration, of the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County,
Florida, party of the first part, and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation organized and ex-
isting under the laws of the State of Florida, party
of the second part;

1VITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other gocxi and valuable
considerations in hand paid to the party of the first
part by the party of the second part, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, said party of the first part
hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to the party
of the second part a right-of-way and easement for the
purpose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and
removing drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, power,
telephone and other overhead lines and other means of
supplying utilities through ani over the following des-
cribed real estate, to-wit:
A three foot utility easement on the East
side of Lots 4, 8, 11 and 15, and a three
foot utility easement on the West side of
Lots 5, 9, 10 and 14, all in Block 3 of
Lakeview Estates, First Addition.

to and over said above described premises at any and
all times, for the purposes of laying, maintaining,
operating, repairing and removing the above mentioned
drainage, water, sewer and other pipes, power, telephone

for the enjoyment of the easement herein granted.
