GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS DJDEN'I'Ui1E, Made this ;> D" day of July,
1958, by and between LAKEVIEW ESTATES CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, of the City of Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, party of the first part, and
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation organiz-
ed and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid to the party of the first part
by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, said party of the first part here-
by grants, bargains, sells and conveys to the party of
the second part a right-of-way and easement for the pur-
pose of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and
removing drainage, water, sewer, and other pipes, power,
telephone and other overhead lines and other means of
supplying utilities through and over the following des-
cribed real estate, to-wit:
A three foot utility easement on the East side
of Lots 6, 9, 12, and 15; and a three foot utility
easement on the West side of Lots 7, 10, 11, and
14, all in Block Four (4) of Lakeview Estates,
First Addition.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to
and over said above described premises at any and all
times, for the purpose of laying, maintaining, operating,
repairing and removing the above mentioned drainage,
water, sewer and other pipes, power, telephone and other
overhead lines, and other means of supplying utilities,
and for doing anything necessary or useful for the en-
joyment of the easement herein granted.
