EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, SOUTHLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. a
Florida corporation, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA. an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

Because of existing conditions which make it impossible
to install gas lines on the drainage and utility ease-
ments at the back of Lots 41 through 54, Block ~~,
Unit Is Brookbill Subdivision, the City of Clearwat~r is
hereby glyen permission by Southland Develop.ent CQrporation,
owner of said lota to install their gas lines in the ad-
jacent area but within 10 feet ot the present easement.
