EASEMENT

A.D. 1969, between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Party of the First
Part, GRANTOR herein, and FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, a corporation organized and
existing undex the laws of the State of Florida, wit:h its principal place of
business at 101 Fifth Street South, in the City of St. Petersburg, County of
Pine11as and State of Florida, Party of the Second Part, GRANTEE herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH That, for'and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to GRANTEE
and to its successors and assigns, the right, privilege and easement to install
and maintain guy stubs, guy wires, anchors, ground connections, attachments,
fixture~, equipment and accessories desirable in connection therewith, over,
upon and across the following described tract of land in the County of Pine11as
and the State of Florida, to wit:
The North 40 feet of East 25 feet of that part of the SW!z; of NW~
lying South of the existing right-of-way of Lakeview Avenue
(County Road No. 114) and West of the existing right-of-way of
Greenwood Avenue in Section 22, Township 29 South, Range 15 East.
THE SPECIFIC INTENT OF THIS EASEMENT is to provide for the loca-
tion of three anchors with down guy cables attached thereto within
the above described tract of land and to provide also for the
location of one guy stub pole within the right-of-way limits of
said Lakeview Avenue immediately North of said tract.
GRANTEE shall have the right to patrol, inspect, alter, improve, repair,
rebuild or remove such guy stubs, guy wires, anchors, ground connections, attach-
ments, fixtures and equipment, and to~ether with all rights and privileges neces-
sary or conveni.~nt for the full use and ~njoyment th~reof:, for the p_u:r:I>()S~S above
described.
GRANTOR covenants that it has the right to convey this easement and
that GRANTEE shall have quiet and peaceful possession, use and ,enjoyment of said
easement.
All covenants, terms, provisions and conditions hereof shall inur:e to
the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their respective
