Plat Book 36, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida - also known as 1260 Bellevue Blvd.
Clearwater
This is to acknowledge existence of a twelve inch corrugated
pipe running diagonally across said Lot 65 for storm drainage.
This pipe is to remain until new drainage along the West
thirteen feet of said Lot 65 is completed by the State of
Florida Department of Transportation and operative. At
said time, the twelve inch line will be plugged at both ends
and abandoned.
