. THl$ EASEMENT, made this 6th day of April, A. D. 1972, by and
between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
as the first party, and the STATE OF FLORIDA, for the use and benefit
of the State Department of Transportation, as the second party.
WITNESSETH: That the first party, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations, including a complete
trench repair (ind resurfacing of the disturbed length of roadway, which
resurfacing shall cover the entire roadway width, paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the second party, its successors
and assigns, a perpetual easement, license and right to install a storm sewer
pipe line below ground level, use and maintain the same as and for drainage
through arid across lands of the :first party, in Pinellas County, Florida,
described as follciws:

That part of:
Bellevue Boulevard and Boylan Avenue in the SE 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 66, and Plat Book 36, page 31, Public Records
of Pin ell as County, Florida;
said pipe line to be laid upon the following course:
Commence at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, said corner being 1341.28 feet Easterly of
the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 22, run
thence South 0019' 18" East 30.01 feet to begin pipeline easement
centerline, thence South 89011'18" East 1157.13 feet for P.O. B.;
thence South 00 10'38'1 East 632.90 feet, thence South 89010'48"
East 813. 3Q feet to end of said pipeline easement centerline.
