FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($LOO) cd,sh
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, GULF COAST HOUSING, INC., a Fla.
7130 C,entral Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida,corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF ,CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lyingaud
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 15 foot drainage and utility easement lying
7.5 feet each side of the following described line:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block J,
SaIl's L3ike Park, Third Addition, as shown on the
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71,
Page 21, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida and run N 000 42" West 34.40 feet along
the Eastern Boundary of said Lot 7 to the Point of
Beginning. Thence run S 670 44141" West 90.46
feet to a point of Ending, said point being on the
Southerly line of said Lot 7, S 760 401 35", East
10.,0 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 7.
