5739-95 ORDINANCE NO. 5739-95 ORDINANCE F THE CTTY OF CL.E'ARWATER, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAN MATEO STREET NORTH OF DREW STREET AND EAST OF McMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 11 , DEL ORO GARDENS, WHOSE POST OFF 10E ADDRESS IS 3131 SAN MAT O STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY ESIDENTIAL 8 (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordi;nante is -found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan,; now, therefore, E IT ORDAINED.
