AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWArE:R, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE. SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF N. BETTY LANE AND PARK WOOD
STREET NORTH OF STEVENSON CREEK, CONSISTING OF LOT 9,
BLOCK B, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE
ADDRESS IS 1613 AND 1615 N. BETTY LANE, TOGETHER WITH
THE ABUTTING RIGHTS OF WAY OF BETTY LANE AND PARKWOOD
S=TREET, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY ILINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE
SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on
the map attached hereto as Exhibit A' has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
annex the property into the City ;pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes,
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida lass in
connection with this ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: i

together with the abutting rights of way of Betty Lane

Section,2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined; to
j7VI;;17 5V be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks,; rights-of"way
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by p?'at, geed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days af$er adoption, and
