WHEREAS, the owner- of the real property described herein and depicted or,
the reap attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to
Annex the property into the City pursuant to Section_ 171.044, Florida Statutes,;
and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this;ordinance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWAiER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following-described property is hereby annexed into the
ty of Clear*wi ter and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly-
M1 Lot 10, Del Oro Gardens, according to the plat thero f as recorded i n
Plat Book 45, Page 74, public records of Pinellas County', Florida.

Section 2.,2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
consistent w th the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. ` The Cit,yr
-ommission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-wad
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat; deed
'- or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
_ —eentrol Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
-,°described herein upon the official naps and records of the City.
Section 33., This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file=a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 310 days
after; adoption.
