The following-described property 'is hereby; annexed into the City of Clearer#ater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly: See Exhibit B attached. (A94-n2 ) Sea Lion 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to be consistent with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, pares, rights-of-way and other dedications to the publ is-which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within' the annexed property.. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and records of the City. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
