The standards in this section which apply to the identified category of use shoal supplement the general standards of use identified in section; 41.0$ 2. No conditional use shall be authorized unless determined to meet all of the standards applicable thereto. (1.2) Bed and breakfast inn uses may be permitted' in the Infill Commercial' Districts Urban Center District and all residential districts, subject to the following: a) The hours of operation are compatible with surrounding uses, (b) ` The volume of traffic generated by the use is compatible with surrounding uses; c) Such uses sh=all only be provided in principal structures contain r:g not less than 1 ,500 square feet of gross floor area id) Not more than SO percent of the gross square footage of the principal structure shall be utilized for the bed and breakfast use.
