AN QIRDINIANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATINJ' TO FREE: PROTECTION; REPEALING SECTION 21 .03,
CODE 1x= I$RDli �xCES, RELATING T� PROHIBITED TREES;
PROVIDING AN FFECTIV'E DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Review Task Force recommended that Section
21 .03 which prohibits certain kinds of trees be transferred to Chapter 20, and
staff recommended it be transferred to Chapter 52; and
WHEREAS, because Section 52.06'already says essentially the "same thing,
repealing Section 21.03 is appropriate and recommended; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQi�MISSxQN OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 21.03, Code, of Ordinances, is hereby repealed.
Section 22. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. `
