WHEREAS 'Florida Power Corporation, owner of real ro erty located in the
City of Clearwater, has requested t'nat. the City vacate all lots and streets
described Herein, and the City Engineer suggests that additional lots and streets
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission -finds that said 'lots and streets are not
necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best Interest of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA'.
Section 1. The following,
All the lots and streets lying in and abutting those portions of Blocks 1
and 2 lying North of Enterprise Road East (a 100 foot right-of-way)
together with those portions of Blocks 3, 4 and 5 lying South of
Enterprise Road East all 'lying, in Unit No. 2 Sec. "A'" , Chautauqua or the
Lake , as recorded in Plat Boob 9, Page 146 of the Public Record of
Pinellas County, Florida lying within the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township
28 South, Range 16 East;
AND
All the lots and streets `lying; in and abutting that portion of Blocks 26
and 27 lying Northeasterly of the right-of-way Tine of U.S. Highway Nth. 19
North all lying in Unit "do. 1 Sec. "B" , Chautauqua on the Lake as recorded
in Plat Book 9, Page 57 of the Public Records of Pinellas County:., Florida
lying within the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 28 South, Range 16 East,
lying within the following described property:'
