RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT Ea T COD� AMENDING SECTION I
42.23, CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO IINCREASE THE I ALLwWABLE
HEIGHT AONUS FOR 'STRUCTURES PROVIDING PARKING BENEATH
THE BUILDING IN CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICTS PROVIDING` AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ;ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY' OF
CLEARW)NTER, FLORIDA:
Section l.f Section 42.23, Code of Ordinances, is amende& to read:I
Sec. 42.23. Height: a�f structures and uses.

Section 2.; The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
