vA ATING THE WESTERLY ONE FOOT OF THE 10-FOOT DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF
LOT 13, BLOCK D, SHADY OAK FARMS SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W'EREAS, 1_aura Allorto�, owner of real property , located in hE-1 Cit'' of
Clearwater; has requested that the City vacate the drainage and utilit, easement
described herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary for
snunlcipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of -the City and the
zy general public that the same be vacated•3 now, therefore

Sect ion1 1. The following:

The Westerly 1.0 foot of the 10-foot drainage and utility easement
Ft_ lying along the Easterly side of Lot 13, 'Block D, Shady Oak Farms
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 95-96, of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida,

is hereby vacated, closed and released,, and the City of Clearwater quitclaim< and
TOTAL releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section,?. The City Clerk, shall record this ordinance in the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, following 'adoption.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon, adoption.
