RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOP ENT CODE; AMENDING SECTION
41.151 ; CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO REVISE DIMENSIONAL
REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCKS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Sec. 41.1,51. Docks.
(1) AppI,Iu ty. All docks which are proposed to be constructed, added,
to, or structural1r altered shall be regulated by the provisions conta�ned in
this section asi well as all other applicable provisions contained �n this
development code and chapter 53.
(2) Perm; Any dock which is proposed to be constructed, added to, or,
structurally altered shall be required to have construction plans reviewed by tyre
harbormaster in order to determine the impact on 'navi;gation and, if approved by
the harbormasterk, ha 11 be required to have a building permit'.
