Section Z- The
provisions of this ordinance are found and determined, to
be consisten-t� with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. „je ,'Ci4y
Commission hereon: accepits the dedication of all easements, parks; rights-olif-way
and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or, user within 'tile annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk ano the
Central PermittLiig Director are directed' to include and ' show the property
described herein upon t-ie official maps and• records of the City.
Sectioh 3.; This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached hereto, with the Clerk of the 'Circuit Court and with the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption; and
shall file a certified cosy with t}ie Florida Department of_State'within 30 days
after adoption,
