WHEREAS,. Grdinance No. 5526-94 Was adopted on second `reading on February
3, 1994, amending the future land use plan element for Lot 22, Block A, Sunset
Point Estates, !froin Unclassified to Commercial General and establishing an
effective date; ;and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM{+11SSION OF THE CITY OF
CL'EARWATIER, FLORIDA:
Section Section 3 of Ordinance No. 5526-94 is deleted and the follbwing
Section 3 is substitiuted-
Se'ctian 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
adoption, 'contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordina nce
No. 5x25-94, subject to the approval of the land use designation by
the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and subject to a
determinatian by the state land planning agency or the
Adm nistrative Comnis�3nn of the State of Flcr Rua, as appropr-iaLe,
of complian Z1 with the applicable requirements 'of the Local
Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation
Act`, pursuant to § 163.3189, Florida Statutes. The I Director of I'
Central Permitting is authorized to transmit to the Pinellas County
Planning Council an application to amend the Countywide Plan in
order to achieve consistency with the Future Land Use Plan Element
of the City' s Comprehensive Plan as amended by this ordinance.
Section 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 5526-94 remain as stated
in the adapted ordinance
