Section: i. The following-described property is hereby, annexed into the
City of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accord-hpgly:
Lot 23, Del Oro Gardens, accor•dincd to the plat thereof as .recorded III
in Plat Book 45, Page 74, of the public records of Pinellas County,

Central Permitting Director are directed to include.and show the property
described,' herein upon the official reaps and records of the City.

The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including th map

ca shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days
after adoption..
