City of' Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:

thereof as recorded in Flat Book 45, page 74, public records of
Pinellas County, Florida: (A 94-99)
Section ?. The provisions of this ordinance are found and deter min$ d to
be consistent -with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan. The City
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all `easements, parks, rights-o1�-way
and other ded•ic:ations -to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed
or user within the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
