AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE ALAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE` PLASH OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE LAND
USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER 'OF THE INTERSECTION OF EAST SKYLIINE CURIE AND
RAYMONT; DRIVE NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF
LOT 57„ .SKYLINE GROVES, WHOSE POST OFFICE' ADDRESS IS
1912 EJ SI SKYLINE DRIVE, AS RESIDENTIAL LOW; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found too be
reasonable, proper and appropriate,, and is consistent with the C-Ity's
comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
DE IT, ORDAINED BY THE CITY _COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1 The future land use plan element of the comprehensive pi n of
the City of Clearwater is amended' by changing the lard use category for the
hereinafter descried property as follows:
