WHEREAS owner of the real property described herein and depicted an
map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the :City of Clearwater to
annex the.proraerty into the City pursuant to Section 171-044, Florida Statutes,
and the `C'ity 'has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in
connection with this ordinance, now', therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, :FLORIDA:
Section I . The following-described property 'is hereby annexed into the
City of Cl'eatwater and the boundary lines of the City are redo i °ed accordingly:
Lot 57, Skyline Groves, according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 44, Page 22, public records of Pinellas County,
Florida. {A94-07;
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determined to
be cons stmt: with the City of Clearwater >Comprehensive Plan. Thee City,
Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, parks, rights-of-way
cc and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plate, deed

or user within the annexed property. The City> Engineer, the City Clerk and, the
Central Permi�tting , Director are directed to include and show the property

described herein upon the official naps and records of the City.

Section -3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption. :
