WHEREAS, Betsy K. H ixon, owner of real property located in the City' of
Clearwater, has requested that the City vacate the utility ,easement descrilhetl
herein; and
WHEREAS, tkie City Comm ission finds that said easement is not necessary f or
municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City and the
genera,; public that the same he' vacated; now, therefore,
