r { ity of Clearwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly:

Cots 21 through 26, Block 44, Unit No. 1 Sec. A, Chautauqua,
according to plat thereof as recorded in Flat Book 9, Page 52, oil

Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance are found and determl4ned to
` be consistdn`� .with the City of Clearwater: Comprehensive Plan. Thl� City
-: ommissioin hereby accepts the dedication'of all easements, parks, rights of-way
ar?d other dedications to the public w' ch have heretofore been made by plat, tleetl
or user yvjthin the annexed property. The City Engineer, the City Clerk and the
Central Permitting Director are directed to include and show the property
described herein upon the official maps and records of the City.

Section 3. This 'Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this ordinance, including the map
attached `helrei:o, with the Clerk of the Circuit .Court and with the County
Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and

shall file a +certified copy with the Florida Department of State within :160 days
after adoption.
