INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING

City of Cle4rwater and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accorc;ingly

Commissi6n hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, park-s, riDhts of-way

or user Wrthin the annexed property. The City Enpineer,,'the City Clerk and the
Central 'Permitting Director are 'directed to include and show the p operty,
ri 7!, described hje^ein upon the official maps and records of the City.
ISection 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon a6 option.

The City'Cl�erk shall file, certified copies of this ordinance, including he map
attached! hereto, :with, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and with the County
Administratoir of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption, and
shall file :a;c:ertlfied ,copy with the Florida Department of State within 130 days
after adoption.
